By using filesure.in (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. FileSure India Private Limited (“FileSure”, “we”) operates the Service.
1. Your account
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for activity under your credentials.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or copy the Service at scale.
- Use the Service to spam, harass, or impersonate any person.
- Resell access to the Service without written permission.
- Reverse engineer any part of the Service.
3. Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically for the selected term. Prices are listed in INR and exclusive of GST. We may revise pricing with 30 days’ notice; revisions apply to subsequent terms.
4. Data and ownership
FileSure indexes publicly available data from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GSTN, and other primary sources. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service (e.g., notes, watchlists). You grant us a limited licence to use that data solely to provide the Service to you.
5. Disclaimers
Data is provided “as is”, from primary sources but without warranty of completeness or accuracy. You acknowledge that any information accessed through FileSure cannot be sold, licensed, rented, or redistributed in any form without explicit permission from FileSure India Private Limited.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileSure is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
