FileSure India Private Limited (“FileSure”, “we”, “us”) operates filesure.in. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use FileSure, we collect:
- Account information. If you create an account, we collect your name, email, organization, and billing details.
- Usage data. Pages viewed, search queries, feature usage, and timestamps. This helps us improve the product and catch abuse.
- Cookies. We use a small number of cookies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can disable non-essential cookies from our Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
How we use it
- To provide, maintain, and improve FileSure.
- To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- To communicate with you about the service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We never sell your personal information. We never sell your search history.
Sharing
We share data only with the sub-processors needed to run the service (hosting, email, payments) and only the minimum needed. Current sub-processors: Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Postmark (transactional email).
Your rights
Indian users have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@filesure.in. Identity verification is required; we respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage data is retained for 12 months in full and aggregated thereafter. Public company data is not under your control; FileSure indexes it from primary MCA sources.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced via email and an in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
