Refund policy.
We refund if the service doesn’t work for you. Last updated 12 July 2026.
7-day satisfaction window
On a paid subscription, you have 7 calendar days from the date of payment to request a full refund. We issue refunds even if you’ve already used the service during this window.
How to request
- Email billing@filesure.in with your account email and order ID.
- We confirm within 1 business day.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Service-specific refunds
For one-off compliance engagements (e.g., Pvt Ltd registration), we refund before the name has been filed with the MCA. Once a filing has been submitted, the fees paid to the MCA are non-refundable; FileSure’s service fee is refundable in full.
Abuse
We may decline refunds where we detect abusive patterns (e.g., repeated signups, excessive data export). Decisions are made case by case and communicated.
