FileSure is a data platform for the people who make decisions about Indian companies — analysts, founders, investors, lenders, and the lawyers who represent them.

FileSure was founded in 2023 by a team of chartered accountants, engineers, and former auditors, on a simple observation: the official sources for Indian company data — the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, GSTN, the Income Tax department — publish everything, but no one builds products on top of them.

We started by indexing the MCA’s 60-lakh-company corpus and building search and profile pages on top. Then we added filings history, financial summaries, director cross-references, and the graph that ties companies, directors, and charges together. The platform now serves over 30,000 monthly readers.

We pull from primary sources, never from scraped third-party databases. Every profile is timestamped at retrieval time.

No cluttered dashboards, no surprise billings. We build tools analysts can rely on for 8 hours a day.
