Cancellation policy.

No contract lock-ins. Cancel anytime from the dashboard. Last updated 12 July 2026.

How to cancel

Open the dashboard, go to Settings → Subscription.
Click Cancel subscription and confirm the reason.
You’ll get a confirmation email — you’re done.

When it takes effect

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your subscription stays active until then and you won’t be charged again.

What you keep

After cancellation, your account downgrades to the free tier. Your watchlists and notes are preserved for 12 months; if you re-subscribe within that window, they’re restored.

Cancelling compliance engagements

For business-service engagements (registrations, annual filings), cancellation is possible before we’ve filed anything with the MCA. After submission, the engagement proceeds to completion regardless of subscription status.
